- Compare progress to the student's goal
- Review implementation
- Determine the student's response
Make a Decision
Your team may decide to:
- Continue the intervention
- Adjust the intervention
- Intensify supports
- Conclude the intervention because the goal has been met
- Return to earlier steps in the problem-solving process
Outcomes
A data-based decision about the student's next steps.
