Changelog

New features, improvements, and fixes across Ladderly.

  1. Support chat, student filters, and deleting incidents

Chat with the Ladderly team from inside the app, filter students by class, and delete behavior incidents entered by mistake.

Choose Need help? to chat with a real person on the Ladderly team without leaving the app. Past conversations are saved, so you can pick up where you left off.

The Students page has new filters. Turn on My Students to see only your own students, or use the Class filter to focus on one class. The behavior dashboard can also be filtered to a single student.

Behavior incidents entered by mistake can now be deleted. Open the incident and choose Delete. It is removed from the student's history, reports, and tasks.

    Improvements

    • Long lookup tables now scroll inside their own scroll bar.
    • The meetings week view no longer shows availability during blocked time.
    • Parent consent letters no longer suggest specific at-home reading programs.
  2. Parent notification reminders and incident emails

See which students still need a parent notification, and choose who is emailed about a behavior incident.

The Print Forms button on an intervention now shows how many students still need a parent notification, so nothing slips through. Open it to send them.

Behavior incident emails are easier to route. When you add a student to an incident, their teacher is filled in automatically. If the incident requires an administrator, school admins are added too. You can add anyone else at the school, and only people allowed to see the incident are notified.

    Bug fixes

    • Fixed an error printing forms in Safari.
    • Fixed a blank attendee appearing on some meeting forms.
  3. Faster progress monitoring entry

Move between score boxes with the keyboard, edit behavior frequency table times, and see attendance as hours of intervention.

Progress monitoring tables now work with the keyboard. Use the arrow keys to move between score boxes, and press Enter to jump to the next student, so you can enter a whole week of scores without reaching for the mouse.

Behavior frequency tables now have editable times. Choose Edit table times to set the start time, end time, and interval for the table.

    Improvements

    • Click the sessions count on a student's attendance to switch to approximate hours of intervention.
    • Score details on progress monitoring graphs now open in a popover.

    Bug fixes

    • Fixed an error some users saw when signing in with ClassLink.
    • Fixed when the Dashboard link appears in the navigation.
    • Fixed availability forms not allowing more than one time on the same day.
