Kati's journey with Ladderly began with a simple observation: teachers and intervention teams were struggling to stay coordinated.
What started as shared Google Docs to track student interventions quickly revealed a deeper need. Teachers needed a system that could keep everyone informed, organized, and aligned, without adding to their already full plates.
That simple idea evolved into Ladderly, a platform designed to bring clarity and coordination to MTSS teams.

Co-Founder | Head of Product Development
Eli's Ladderly partnership started with a family focused on education and intervention. His mother and wife are both special educations teachers, and he taught math in the same school district as Kati before moving to software development and data science work with J. over four years ago.
J Hathaway
Co-Founder | Head of Business Development
J. brings 25 years of entrepreneurship to the Ladderly team. This business development has also been closely tied to education, with over a decade of experience as a Data Science professor supporting academia and businesses with business automation and technology management.
